About Us
With over a decade of experience in care, Fab began his career in dementia care homes before working for an agency, which allowed him to support individuals in various settings, including care homes, hospitals, supported accommodation, and with people with disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. His expertise earned him team leader roles even while working through the agency. In 2019, he became a care supervisor at his current job, progressing to deputy manager in 2021 and registered manager in 2023. Since then, Fab has been dedicated to supporting individuals in care homes and other supported accommodations. He also holds an NVQ Level 5 in Management.
